Yes. For 30 days you get the complete Pro plan — every clinical feature, 1 clinic and up to 3 staff logins, and 100 Noline Coins for patient messages. No card needed, and you only decide at the end of the month. One free month per doctor.
You get a further 7 days in which bookings and prescriptions keep working, with a reminder in the app. After that, new bookings and new prescriptions pause until you pick a plan — but your patient records stay readable and nothing is ever deleted. Everything resumes the moment you pay.
No. See as many patients as you like on both plans, during the free month and in the grace period. We never charge you for seeing more patients.
Pro if you sit at one clinic with a small desk team — it gives you 1 clinic and up to 3 staff logins, your own letterhead, specialty formats and reports. Elite if you run 2 or 3 clinics, want a bigger team, and want new patients to find you online: it includes your practice website on your own web address, earnings and patient-mix reports, and we move your old records in for you.
Yes. An upgrade from Pro to Elite applies immediately and you only pay the prorated difference. A downgrade from Elite to Pro takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — if you are over the Pro limits by then, deactivate the extra clinic or staff logins first.
Coins pay for patient messages, and nothing else. 1 coin sends 1 WhatsApp, SMS or email — a reminder, a confirmation, a follow-up. 1,000 coins cost ₹1,000. Push notifications to the patient app are always free and keep working even at a zero coin balance, so your patient still gets a reminder. You are never charged a coin for seeing a patient.
On Pro, your practice website with your own domain and the migration of your old patient data are add-ons you can buy when you want them. Both are included in Elite. Patient messages run on coins. Everything else on your plan is covered by the yearly price.
